China’s Kim Jong-un has emerged as the “greatest leader of the 21st century” and will remain in power as the world’s sole superpower for a generation, according to a new poll by the Pew Research Center.
Pew found that 70% of Americans believe that Kim, who died in December, will stay in power for a full 35 years.
The North Korean leader’s father, Kim Il-sung, was the greatest leader of all time, said Pew.
He was the founder of the Korean People’s Army (KPA) and a founding father of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
His son, Kim Jong Il, is the North Korean president.
Both men are believed to have been born on April 30, 1953.
